何謂"非暴力集會遊行"

蔡丁貴教授今(6/12)上午，為突顯集會遊行法的不合理及違反基本人權，無預警率領公投盟群眾，進行"非暴力集會遊行"示範，在"驅公所"周邊的道路率隊遊行喊口號，對於警方的舉牌警告也不予理會，繼續前進，路線也未事先向群眾公開，讓警方疲於奔命，摸不清楚隊伍的下一個目的地在哪。

隊伍行進至""二二八受難者紀念碑"前，進行長達30分鐘的默哀，隨後便返回立院前，結束此次的"非暴力集會遊行"。

    Thanks for your help with this story. Any news on Din-Kue Tsai's condition? Any details on the police attack on him? Where does he teach?

    I noticed in one of Kerry's photos a ROC police talking to a protestor in the company of two men in black shirts. Were black shirts involved in the attack on the professor?
